PDU PM Inspection Services Performed:
PM Service Includes: “Two PM Inspections Per Year”
- Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance visits by our Factory Trained Service Engineers to:
- Perform a thorough visual inspection of all parts (bulbs, displays, missing hardware, recommend and make any needed corrections
- Check and verify Alarm Notification Schedules for anomalies.
- Verify and calibrate all monitoring components
- Verify proper operation and condition of the system
- Clean and remove dust and other harmful contaminants from System.
- Check system for proper load balancing between phases, kVA usage.
- Verify Proper Circuit Loading on individual circuits. To ensure proper amperage of breakers and eliminate overloaded circuits.
- Perform Infrared Scanning of Internal Connections: (Transformer Connections, Input Connections, Circuit Connections ext). This is a sure way to detect potential failure by seeking out the hot spots that lead to component deterioration and disaster before they occur.
Report:
- Provide a complete service report with all checklist items and all measurements and data recordings as listed above.
- Provide a summary report of system performance and recommended repairs (quotation for repairs provided separately). Review with customer to address any questions and schedule repairs.
